Early voting in North Carolina opens on March 3rd.<\/p>\n<p>As I live in an open Senate district, I found the recommendations useful. For example, the establishment candidate in the 48th District, Chuck Edwards, lists that he is a Life Member of the NRA. That said, he never bothered to return GRNC-PVF&#8217;s survey. Being dismissive of the strongest, most active gun rights group in the state is not the way to earn my vote. MARCO RUBIO (****) has an<br \/>\nexcellent gun rights voting record, but has failed to take a leadership<br \/>\nrole<br \/>\non the issue. Only TED CRUZ (****) has a 100% pro-gun voting record, has<br \/>\n sponsored pro-gun legislation, and answered GRNC\u2019s candidate survey<br \/>\nwith a perfect 100% score.&nbsp;<strong>GRNC\u2013PVF recommends Ted Cruz for President<\/strong>.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: 'Arial Black', sans-serif;\">US Senate (R):<\/span>&nbsp;Undoubtedly, the most pro-gun candidate in the Republican primary election is Greg Brannon, who<br \/>\nagain returned GRNC\u2019s candidate survey with a perfect 100%, earning a four star evaluation (****). For purposes of the primary<br \/>\nelection,&nbsp;<strong>GRNC\u2013PVF recommends Brannon<\/strong>. That said, however, he is unlikely to win the primary election. Incumbent Richard<br \/>\nBurr has dropped only one gun vote and holds a three star evaluation (***).
