The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives maintains a Facebook page. They posted a number of links late last night to the new rules being promulgated as the result of President Obama&#8217;s Executive Actions. There was one about the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/HQATF\/posts\/1708494282695774\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">elimination of the CLEO<\/a> signoff and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/HQATF\/posts\/1708493912695811\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">another about<\/a> Rule 41-P and responsible persons needing background checks. My <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/HQATF\/posts\/1708488236029712\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">favorite<\/a>, however, was their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.atf.gov\/file\/100871\/download\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">guidance<\/a> about when a Federal firearms license was needed. Someone named Bre Ve asked a question that you know they would rather ignore.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/onlygunsandmoney.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/ATFFacebook.png\" imageanchor=\"1\" style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" height=\"640\" src=\"https:\/\/onlygunsandmoney.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/ATFFacebook.png\" width=\"594\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>Reading the comments, it appears that a Becky Solis objected to the question. The commenters had good Google-fu and found out that she was none other than an <a href=\"http:\/\/drmsweblink.state.co.us\/drmsweblink\/ElectronicFile.aspx?docid=1006739&amp;&amp;dbid=0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">area supervisor in the Denver Field Division<\/a>.
