Thus, there is no NICS check on an 80% lower or frame and it can be mailed to you. Not so fast. According to the manufacturer, it is the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.80percentarms.com\/products\/0-billet-ar-15-lower-receiver\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> 0% billet AR-15 lower receiver<\/a>.  It helps to have your own CNC machine or a <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Bridgeport_(machine_tool_brand)\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bridgeport milling machine<\/a>. I guess you could go all <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Khyber_Pass_copy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Khyber Pass<\/a> and finish it strictly with hand tools. Both methods are beyond my level of skill so I&#8217;m stuck with off-the-shelf lowers from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aeroprecisionusa.com\/ar15\/lower-receivers\/stripped-lowers\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Aero-Precision<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/andersonmanufacturing.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Anderson<\/a>, or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spikestactical.com\/collections\/stripped-lowers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Spikes<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The manufacturer, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.80percentarms.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">80% Arms<\/a>, adds that they are restricting sale to the USA only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p> While these weapons are not regulated under ITAR yet, we still don&#8217;t want these dangerous\u00a0things to get into the hands of the wrong people, like Kim Jong-un.
