Judge Settle refers to WAGR and Everytown as &#8220;citizens and organizations operating in Washington State&#8221; in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.saf.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/ordergrantingintervention.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">his order granting their motion<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>WTF?<\/p>\n<p>WAGR is perhaps a local organization but the reality of considering Everytown as a local organization boggles the mind. Has the judge been watching too many programs on Syfy and magically teleported New York City to Seattle?
