The House bills probably aren&#8217;t going anywhere but the two Senate bills have the ability to gain some traction especially since they are the product of negotiations between Democrats and Republicans.<\/p>\n<p><b>House<\/b><\/p>\n<p>HR 848 &#8211; Rep.
