He has also has written law articles entitled <a href=\"https:\/\/heinonline.org\/HOL\/LandingPage?handle=hein.journals\/swulr10&amp;div=27&amp;id=&amp;page=\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">&#8220;The Metatheory of Free Speech&#8221;. <\/a><\/p>\n<p>Tribe&#8217;s argument in the Everytown <a href=\"http:\/\/guptawessler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Amicus-Brief.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">amicus brief<\/a> is that code is not protected because it isn&#8217;t &#8220;expressive&#8221; and because its purposes are the &#8220;widespread violations of federal and state law&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Sorry but just because you are the Carl M.
