They assert it is frivolous, without merit, and they will fight it in court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From their release as published in <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.theoutdoorwire.com\/releases\/eac2ec9d-f31c-4ab0-a1eb-6c432fa9711c\" class=\"rank-math-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Outdoor Wire<\/a>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Sig Sauer, Inc. has alleged in a federal court complaint that Springfield Armory\u2019s Hellcat\u00ae magazines infringe two patents Sig owns. However, Springfield Armory is steadfast in its conviction that those claims are without merit. The innovative design of the Hellcat\u00ae magazine is our own and works only with the Hellcat\u00ae. The superior design of the Hellcat\u00ae magazine is able to hold more rounds in an overall smaller magazine.
