She reported that <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.grassley.senate.gov\/news\/news-releases\/grassley-probes-reported-pay-abuse-at-federal-law-enforcement-agencies\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) has become involved<\/a><\/strong>. Sen. Grassley is the Ranking Member of the Senate Judiciary Committee and is <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.grassley.senate.gov\/about\/results\/government-accountability\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">very serious on protecting whistleblowers<\/a><\/strong> in government. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:37px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/F3i8ZA5FIB8\" title=\"YouTube video player\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Sen. Grassley has now sent<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.grassley.senate.gov\/imo\/media\/doc\/grassley_to_doj_atf_-_leap.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> letters demanding answers<\/a><\/strong> to Attorney General Merrick Garland and BATFE Acting Director Marvin Richardson. He has also sent a<a href=\"https:\/\/www.grassley.senate.gov\/imo\/media\/doc\/grassley_to_opm_-_leap.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong> letter asking the Office of Personnel Management<\/strong><\/a> about their suspension of BATFE&#8217;s ability to classify certain law enforcement positions. All the letters were quite detailed and indicated his office had significant knowledge of the affair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It should be remembered that Sen. Grassley was one of the very first politicians that demanded an investigation into Operation Fast and Furious aka Project Gunwalker.
