I&#8217;ve been hooked before and I&#8217;ve seen other hooked before. If you know what you are doing it is relatively painless to remove the hook without causing further damage.<\/p>\n<p>All I can say after watching this video which gives an excellent demonstration of removing a hook from your leg is that Chad Hoover of Kayak Bassin&#8217; is one dedicated teacher.
