The next time I&#8217;m tempted to go shopping at one of these places&nbsp;I&#8217;ll <a href=\"http:\/\/booksbikesboomsticks.blogspot.com\/2012\/04\/its-not-about-benjamins.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">remember these wise words from Tam<\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><i>People browse the organic breakfast food shelves for the muesli that tastes most like authentic sawmill floor sweepings, because that&#8217;s how you know it&#8217;s good for you. It&#8217;s not food, it&#8217;s a hair shirt you eat.
