Despite this they recommend David Coy who was Chair of the Finance Committee and Vice-Chair of the Audit Committee. They were also found liable for a related party transaction in payments to David Keene that was not properly approved even after the fact. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moving on, Charlie Beers was the person who submitted the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/onlygunsandmoney.com\/2022\/06\/01\/wayne-gets-punked-at-meeting-of-members.html\">&#8220;Wayne is the greatest, past, present, and future&#8221; resolution<\/a><\/strong> at the 2022 NRA Meeting of the Members. Janet Nyce is now the <em>de facto<\/em> leader of the &#8220;Friends of Susan&#8221; contingent on the Board.
