Prior to being The Flying Squirrel they were known as Voodoo Brewing and only <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/wlos.com\/news\/local\/voodoo-brewing-co-asheville-new-name-rebrand-flying-squirrel-pub-helene-business-recovery-franchise\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">rebranded<\/a><\/strong> a day ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We had a giant pretzel with beer cheese and sliders which was plenty for dinner. I had a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.beeradvocate.com\/beer\/profile\/25168\/71452\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pluff Mud Porter<\/a><\/strong> from Holy City Brewing out of Charleston, SC which was very nutty which I loved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Not only was the food good and the service great but it had a nice, friendly atmosphere with lots of families with their kids as well as guys stopping for a beer on their way home from work.
