This resolution called out David Coy for his work as Vice-Chair of the Audit Committee. It offered several examples of what the author termed as failures and ultimately called for Mr. Coy to resign from the Board of Directors as a result of a vote of no confidence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This resolution was defeated. Like with Resolution Two, it condemned past behavior and in my opinion the members attending wanted to move forward. While Mr. Coy remains on the Board of Directors, he was removed from the Audit Committee.
