MSRP is $364-378. Street price is as low as $279 if you search places like <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.classicfirearms.com\/heritage-manufacturing-hr38b3w-roscoe-38-spl-3\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Classic Firearms<\/a><\/strong> or a little bit more if using <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.galleryofguns.com\/genie\/Results.aspx?pg=bids&amp;id=99301071826564A&amp;zipcode=28704&amp;wh=G\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Gallery of Guns<\/a><\/strong> which includes shipping and tax..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While the Roscoe is available in both a 2&#8243; model and a 3&#8243; model, it is the 3&#8243; model that catches my eye.
