Print.<\/p>\n<p>Orwell was active in the British Home Guard serving as a <a href=\"http:\/\/orwelldiaries.wordpress.com\/notes\/second-war-time-diary\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sergeant in command of a section<\/a>.
