Adamiak’s appeal <\/a><\/strong>to the Supreme Court on a writ of certiorari was denied in late 2025. The Second Amendment Foundation, the NRA, and other gun rights groups had filed an amicus brief supporting Adamiak<\/a><\/strong> as did NAGR and Palmetto State Armory<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While Adamiak can never get his Navy career back nor the four years he spent in prison, I hope he will be able to recover some of what he lost through the government’s malfeasance.<\/p>\n
