It includes some very familiar names.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><i>Witness List<\/p>\n<p>\nMs. Joyce Lee Malcolm<br \/>\nProfessor of Law<br \/>\nGeorge Mason University<\/p>\n<p>\nMr. David B. Kopel<br \/>\nAdjunct Professor<br \/>\nDenver University Sturm College of Law <\/p>\n<p>\nCommissioner Charles H. Ramsey<br \/>\nPhiladelphia Police Department<\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.phillypolice.com\/about\/leadership\/charles-h-ramsey\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Philadelphia Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey<\/a> previously served as head of D.C.&#8217;s Metro Police Department. Prior to that he served in the Chicago Police Department for almost 30 years rising to the level of Deputy Superintendent.
