Provides that the regulation of the possession or ownership of assault weapons are exclusive powers and functions&nbsp;<\/span><u style=\"font-size: 15px;\"><strong>of each municipality (rather than this State)<\/strong><\/u>&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">.
