It is the form that will be used by FFL&#8217;s in the Southwest to report multiple sales of certain rifles.<\/p>\n<p>The draft form is virtually identical to the form used to report multiple sales of handguns. That form, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.atf.gov\/forms\/download\/atf-f-3310-4.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ATF F 3310.4<\/a>, differs in one important way from the draft form to be used to report multiple sales of certain rifles.
