Huxley Chief of Police Mark Pote sent a letter to local businesses last month advising them to post large signs saying no guns were allowed. In an <a href=\"http:\/\/www.whotv.com\/news\/who-story-huxley-guns-010411,0,2823669.story\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">on-camera interview with reporter Aaron Brilbeck of WHO-TV<\/a>, he backtracked a bit.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>One wonders if the phrase <a href=\"http:\/\/americanhistory.si.edu\/brown\/history\/6-legacy\/deliberate-speed.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">&#8220;with all deliberate speed&#8221;<\/a> means anything to him.<\/p>\n<p>Sean McClanahan of the Iowa Firearms Coalition called it what it was &#8211; scare tactics.
