Alameda County<\/i><\/a>, I thought it was highly timely. <a href=\"http:\/\/reason.com\/volokh\/2018\/02\/09\/can-governments-ban-gun-stores-amicus-br\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">A post by David Kopel at the Volokh Conspiracy<\/a> regarding an <a href=\"http:\/\/davekopel.org\/Briefs\/17-982%20Teixeira%20v%20Alameda%20County%20amicus%20brief%20Cato.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">amicus brief<\/a> he submitted on behalf of the Cato Institute, JPFO, the Independence Institute, and the Millennial Policy Center is what clued me into the book.
