Chicago <\/i>with the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. This is an <a href=\"http:\/\/onlygunsandmoney.blogspot.com\/2010\/10\/appeal-filed-in-ezell-case.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">appeal<\/a> of <a href=\"http:\/\/onlygunsandmoney.blogspot.com\/2010\/10\/ezell-v-chicago-preliminary-injunction.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Judge Virginia Kendall&#8217;s decision to deny the preliminary injunction<\/a> against Chicago&#8217;s ban on gun ranges.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hoffmang.com\/firearms\/Ezell\/Ezell-Appellants-Opening-Brief-2010-12-07.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The brief which is 87 pages can be found here<\/a> and the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hoffmang.com\/firearms\/Ezell\/Ezell-appx-2010-12-07.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">139 page appendix<\/a> which accompanies it is found here. I wanted to get this information out to a wider audience as soon as possible. Thanks are due to Gene Hoffman of CalGuns Foundation for putting it online.<\/p>\n<p>Brian Doherty at <a href=\"http:\/\/reason.com\/archives\/2010\/12\/09\/you-must-get-gun-range-trainin\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Reason.com has written an excellent article on the Ezell case<\/a>. It is a must read especially if you haven&#8217;t followed the case that closely. He lays it out exceedingly well.
