Lindley<\/i>. Case challenges California AB962 which requires face-to-face sales of handgun ammunition. More on the case <a href=\"http:\/\/onlygunsandmoney.blogspot.com\/2010\/07\/third-lawsuit-filed-against-ab-962.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\n<b>September 20th<\/b> &#8211; <i>State Ammunition et al v. Lindley<\/i> &#8211; Response due from the State of California to original complaint. Case challenges California AB962 which requires face-to-face sales of handgun ammunition. Sheridan et al <\/i>&#8211; Response due from the State of Maryland to original complaint. Case challenges Maryland&#8217;s requirement to show &#8220;apprehended danger&#8221; in order to qualify for concealed carry permit. More on the case <a href=\"http:\/\/onlygunsandmoney.blogspot.com\/2010\/07\/good-things-happen-in-threes.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><b>September 23rd &#8211; <\/b><i>Second Amendment Arms et al v. City of Chicago et al &#8211; <\/i>Status hearing. Case challenges the City of Chicago&#8217;s New Gun Law. Seeks restitution for confiscated firearms and class action status. More on the case <a href=\"http:\/\/onlygunsandmoney.blogspot.com\/2010\/07\/another-chicago-lawsuit.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><b>September 23rd<\/b> &#8211; <i>Ezell et al v. City of Chicago et al <\/i>&#8211; Status hearing. Case challenges the City of Chicago&#8217;s ban on gun ranges.
