It seems that they are more interested in who can use a public restroom than in protecting an enumerated Constitutional right that is found in both the US and North Carolina Constitutions. Unfortunately, if<br \/>\nyou<br \/>\nexpected this you would be disappointed. Republicans have gone squishy<br \/>\non gun rights, and you\u2019ll probably be perplexed by their excuse. <\/p>\n<p>                                                                     <span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong>Anti-gun Governor is Calling the Shots for Republicans<\/strong><\/span><br \/> <br \/>\n                            <u><strong>Republicans have cited a likely \u201cveto from Governor Cooper\u201d as a reason to sell out gun<br \/>\nowners<\/strong><\/u>. They think they don\u2019t have the votes to override a veto. So, like true RINOs, the legislative actions the House majority<br \/>\nare willing to take are predicated on one thought: \u201cwhat would Governor Cooper do?\u201d <\/p>\n<p>                                                                     <span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong>Entire GOP<br \/>\nCaucus Running Cover for RINOs<\/strong><\/span><br \/> <br \/>\n                                               There is no reason that<br \/>\nHouse<br \/>\nleaders and committee chairs can\u2019t see these bills to the House floor<br \/>\nfor a recorded vote and simply let the votes fall where they may. Then<br \/>\nwhy<br \/>\nwon\u2019t they? It\u2019s simple. If they were unable to pass a particular<br \/>\npro-gun bill, or were unable to override Gov. Cooper\u2019s veto, the<br \/>\nsquishy, anti-gun RINOs who caused the failure would be exposed for what<br \/>\n they are\u2014Pro-gun in Name Only. To keep these softer Republicans from<br \/>\nbeing exposed, the entire caucus is covering for them by hoisting the<br \/>\nwhite flag without a fight. This of course makes all of them complicit<br \/>\nin the<br \/>\nanti-gun charade. <\/p>\n<p>                 <span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong>A Ray of Hope<\/strong><\/span><br \/> <br \/>\n          Although it is thin gruel, <a href=\"http:\/\/paracom.paramountcommunication.com\/ct\/41970599:sOTTdl2NO:m:1:345463350:20734A7B5BA0167DC331F1723EF3659B:r\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rep. Chris<br \/>\nMillis<\/a> (R-Onslow, Pender) did indeed attach a fiscal note to pro-gun<br \/>\n legislation. The fiscal note means that a bill isn&#8217;t required to meet<br \/>\nthe<br \/>\nfast approaching crossover deadline in order to remain viable. That<br \/>\ngives gun rights supporters more time to contact Republican<br \/>\nrepresentatives to ask<br \/>\nthem why Governor Cooper is running the Republican Party, and insist<br \/>\nRepublicans get in gear and push through these important pro-Second<br \/>\nAmendment<br \/>\nbills. <\/p>\n<p>      <span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong>Email and Call \u2013 Every Day <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>                   Please email and phone the Republican sellouts every<br \/>\nday. Republican politicians<br \/>\nhave banded together to sell you out, and they\u2019re on the cusp of<br \/>\nmaking it official.
