That means fully one-quarter of the US states now have permitless concealed carry. I said at the time that shall-issue was the new norm. While shall-issue is still the norm, the number of states adopting constitutional carry may eventually change this statement. She has been working with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.house.state.tx.us\/members\/member-page\/?district=92\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rep. Jonathan Strickland<\/a> on his <a href=\"http:\/\/www.legis.state.tx.us\/tlodocs\/85R\/billtext\/pdf\/HB00375I.pdf#navpanes=0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HB 375<\/a>. It would bring constitutional carry to the Lone Star State. The good news on this is that it is scheduled for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.legis.state.tx.us\/tlodocs\/85R\/schedules\/html\/C4202017032808001.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">a hearing on March 28th<\/a> before the House Homeland Security &amp; Public Safety Committee. Moreover, Gov.
