What Time Of The Month Is It?

That time of the month when Aaron at Weapon Blog posts his monthly compilation of contests featuring firearms, knives, accessories, and the like. That’s what time of the month it is!

As you can see below, there are some very nice 1911s in this month’s handgun list along with Heizer Defense Pocket AK which I’m sure everyone needs. Or not.

There are plenty of nice ARs as well.

Sorry for the lack of posting this week. I’ve been tied up with work. Hopefully, the chance to win some nice firearms will make up for it.

Aaron at The Weapon Blog has posted his monthly list of contests involving pistols, rifles, shotguns, ammo, knives, accessories, and even a hog hunt. He and I are trying something different this month. He sent me a formatted file with a list of all the contests for posting. Instead of giving  you an abbreviated list, how about the full list! Aaron at The Weapon Blog has just posted his monthly compilation of contests and sweepstakes.

The highlight for this month, in my opinion, is a Wilson Combat 1911. There are also a couple of CZ Scorpion EVOs, more 1911s, some EAA pistols, a Springfield XD Gripzone, and more.

On the rifle front, there are a couple of IWI Tavors, a Springfield M1A, and a whole boatload of AR15s.

Continuing down to the accessories you find a Polaris ATV. Now that is what I call an “accessory”!

Win Some Guns

Aaron at the Weapon-Blog has released his monthly list of contests featuring firearms.

The giveaway compilation includes 17 handguns, 17 rifles, and 0 shotguns. I guess shotguns are being held back for closer to hunting season.

The handgun list includes 1911s, Sigs, a CZ Scorpion, and a Lionheart 9mm. The Lionheart is a latter day version of the earlier Daewoo 51. I have the Daewoo 40 and they are nice.

Thanks to Aaron for taking it upon himself to compile this list on a regular basis. If you know of any contests that aren’t listed, let him know.

Free Guns And Other Stuff

Aaron has posted his monthly compendium of contests with guns and other stuff as prizes.

In the handgun category, you find one each of a Glock 34, 35, and 42. There is the CZ Evo Scorpion and a nice custom 1911 among a few other handguns.

The rifle category has a slew of ARs plus an Accuracy Internation AW Sniper Rifle. I’m sure the gun prohibitionists will try to make something out of that. The only shotgun is a Browning Citori.

Finally, in the accessories category, you’ll find everything from a SilencerCo Salvo suppressor to a Chevy pickup truck.

Win Some Guns

Aaron at the Weapon-Blog.com has released his monthly compilation of contests. It has some interesting guns this month.

In the handgun category, a CZ Scorpion EVO 3 is on the table. I had a chance to handle it at the SHOT Show. Despite it being a PDW without the stock, it still was easy to handle. It cries out for a SIG brace to be used as a shoulder stock but ATF has said that is a no-no.

In the long gun categories, there are also some interesting guns. There is a Beretta ARX 160, an Arsenal ATI STG-44, and a whole slew of ARs including ones from both Daniel Defense and Aero Precision. There are also a couple of Mossberg shotguns on the table.

It’s That Time Of The Month Again

Aaron at Weapon-Blog has released his monthly list of contests in which you can win a firearm or firearm related product.

It is a little slimmer than last month but still not bad. In the handgun category, there is everything from a Rock Island 1911 in 10mm to the new Ruger LC9s Pro (no external safety).

In the rifle category, there are not one but two .338 Lapua tactical rifles plus the usual assortment of ARs and AKS.

A Treasure Trove Of Gun Contests

Aaron at the Weapon-Blog has assembled a treasure trove of contests offering firearms and other stuff for December.

There are 12 pistols including Sigs, Springfields,a Walther PPQ, a Glock 42, and a number of 1911s.

Add to this 21 rifles ranging from a Daniel Defense DDM4V9 AR to the IWI Tavor. There are also a bunch of bolt action hunting rifles.

Add into this “accessories” including high-end optics, suppressors, and even a GMC Sierra.

You Snooze, You Lose

Aaron at the Weapon-Blog has posted his monthly list of contests featuring firearms.

In the pistol category, there are 12 contests featuring pistols ranging from the Sig Sauer P320 to a Kimber Custom 1911. The coolest pistol, and I use that term loosely, is a Sig Sauer PM400 Elite Pistol with their SBX brace in .300 Blackout.

As to long guns, there are two shotguns offered and 20 rifles. I don’t think I’ve seen that many in a long time. There are, as usual, a number of ARs in various calibers, a couple of IWI Tavors, the PTR-91, and a handful of hunting rifles.

I apologize for being a few days late with the list. Aaron let me know a few days ago and I’ve just gotten around to posting about it.

It’s Time To Win Again

Thanks to the work of Aaron at the Weapon-Blog, there is a new list of guns that you can win.

The handgun category features all the big names: Smith & Wesson, Glock,  Ruger, Sig, Colt, and H&K.

The rifle category starts off with something really special: a SBR made by Noveske in .300 Blackout with a SilencerCo Saker 7.62 suppressor. Sweet!!!! I also count 6 AR-15s, a Tavor, a PTR-91, and a slew of bolt action hunting rifles.
