by I’m not sure who Elbert Guillory is but I know one thing for sure about him. He has created a powerful ad indicting Sen. Mary Landrieu (D-LA). Much of what he says could be aimed at virtually any Democratic incumbent seeking the black vote.
Or, for that matter, at any incumbent, Democrat or Republican, seeking the votes of a reliable constituency.
