I have been holding off blogging for the last week or so due to the issue with security certificate for the website.
I have not been hacked nor has the website been taken over. I am aware of the issue and am working with my webhost to get the security certificate updated.
In the meantime, I plan to try and put up posts on a more regular basis.
I guess I can’t really figure out why anyone has to “work with” their provider. The most basic part of web design is ensuring that all the certificates are updated so that customers can go to the website. Maybe there’s something I’m missing.
However, you do know that we can still get here if we are willing to click the little button that says “Damn the torpedoes, full speed ahead” (or something similar but more relevant)
Either way, looking forward to having you back.
Either it is the provider trying to censor you or just sheer incompetence.
Your digital security certificate provider should allow you to configure automatic certificate updates.
what Holmes said – I use to get my certificates from my hosting company of my website when I did that sort of thing.
Let me know if I can help with technical aspect at all or if you want to bounce some questions around. Would be happy to help.
Happy Thanksgiving in any case. 🙂
