by David Codrea in his National Gun Rights Examiner column examines the Federal complaint against Virginia Tech for violating the Clery Act. The Clery Act mandates that a college or university issue a timely warning if there is an on-campus threat.
Read the whole thing. It appears that Virginia Tech’s delay in notification to its student body and staff allowed Seung-Hui Cho the ability to kill 30 more students and faculty. Of course, Virginia Tech denies it.
