by The Dallas Safari Club Convention starts this Thursday, January 11th, in Dallas at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Dallas Convention Center. Beyond all the exhibits, the outfitters, the dinners, and the auctions is the educational component with seminars on everything from preparing for your first safari to managing your property for whitetail deer. The seminars are on Friday and Saturday in order to attract the largest audience. I know I will be attending more than one.
