Now, I wish I could produce a video which covers the death of one of the Heller 5 in March 2012, the subsequent nomination and confirmation of a victim disarming justice, and the denial of certiorari of the right to bear cases for the next 10-20 years, if not an outright overturn of Heller & McDonald.

Crap, 2013, shortly after (but not _too_ soon after) Obama would theoretically be reelected and be able to do whatever the hell he wanted in re gun control.
Worst case scenario, with all the RKBA cases in the pipeline getting 2A-two-stepped to SCOTUS.
