The Minority Report Released By Cummings

Here is the full Minority Report released by House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Ranking Member Elijah Cummings.

You will note that significant effort is put into “Bush did it” claims and that the personnel recommendations note that those involved on the ground have either resigned or be reassigned.

  1. Also we need more laws! Laws have always worked well to prevent stupid and unethical behavior.

All kinds of recommended fixes, but no mention of tightened up border security.

Same ol' mantra, a huge number of AR's can be traced back to the US. Well duh! That's where the majority are manufactured.

  2. "personnel recommendations note that those involved on the ground have either resigned or be reassigned"

What does that have to do with anything? I wasn't aware that resigning or being reassigned were defenses to criminal liability.
