The Electoral College has not met and most states have not certified their election results.
Until this happens, he is, at best, the presumptive President-Elect or the projected President-Elect.

They are establishing the norm in the minds of the average person. so as to be able to say “he stole the election” if it is reversed. Much like so many people think that Gore was winning when the Supreme Court stepped in.
Which is going to happen if it goes the other way. Better they are enraged than us.
NO ONE is President-Elect until Congress certifies the EC ballots.
