This was posted on camouflage subreddit of Reddit. The guy who posted the picture said he obtained it directly from a police store with the admonition not to wear it in public in Madagascar.

You want your police to wear distinctive and hard to fake uniforms. This seems to do that.
The unusual thing is that they will sell the uniform to anyone. They just say you can’t wear it locally. The National Police in Madagascar – the Gendarmerie – wear a French CCE type camo.
